Projects are related to international development.  The first major thrust involves identifying tipping points (countries or regions that are ready for assistance) among developing nations and then determining levers (e.g., infrastructure, energy, commerce, etc.) for improvement.  The following articles provide a theoretical basis and analytical framework to achieve the Institute’s vision.
